Concept walkthrough · All content and actions are simulated

Using the application

  1. 01

Open your orders to find the item, seller, receipt, and current tracking state.

  2. 02

Expand an order to inspect the original messages and the source of each update.

  3. 03

Open return information, choose a reason, and review the proposed request before submission.

Using the desktop App Card

  1. 01

The confirmation creates a tracking card. Dispatch and delivery events update the same card.

  2. 02

A significant change brings the card back to the desktop. Open the order or prepare a return directly from there.

How the context connects

Only the sources you have connected and allowed

Mail & merchant messages

Extract the order reference and match later messages to the right purchase.

Delivery updates

Use available carrier or merchant status, with its last update time.

Calendar & documents

If you choose, save the receipt and remind you of a return deadline found in the seller’s policy.

What you authorize

Tracking access and a reminder are distinct from a purchase or return submission. Review item, seller, amount, and request before committing.

When the agent works

The order confirmation starts tracking. Status changes refresh the card; uncertain or unavailable updates are shown as such.
